IMPLEMENTATION OF TEACHING FACTORY STUDY PROGRAM OF AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEERING EXPERTISE N 1 MAGELANG VOCATIONAL SCHOOL.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) teaching factory planning in the Automotive Engineering Expertise Department of SMK N 1 Magelang (2) Organizing teaching factories in the Automotive Engineering Expertise Department of SMK N 1 Magelang (3) Implementation of teaching factories in the Automotive Engineering Expertise Department 1 Magelang (4) Teaching factory supervision in the Automotive Engineering Expertise Department of SMK N 1 Magelang. This research is a descriptive research. The subjects in this study were teacher management and factory teaching workshop employees of the Automotive Engineering Expertise Department of SMK N 1 Magelang and class XII students of the Automotive Engineering Expertise Department of SMK N 1 Magelang. The research instruments used in this study were: (1) Questionnaire, and (2) Observation. The analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. The results of the study revealed that: planning, organizing, implementing and supervising the teaching factory in the Automotive Engineering Expertise Department of SMK N 1 Magelang had been well implemented. It's just that there are still several aspects that cannot be maximally implemented. However, the implementation and involvement of students in planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring are in accordance with the teaching factory teaching concept. The involvement of students in organizing and implementing only 40%. While in planning, organizing and supervising 100% carried out by the management and management of the teaching factory in the Automotive Engineering Expertise Department of SMK N 1 Magelang.
