Abstract: Research
this aims to
knowing the effect of organizational commitment on
employee performance based on individual characteristics,
which includes types
sex, age, marital status, and
work experience. Research population
this is all employees
in the production section.
All employees become research respondents.
The results showed
that commitment
organizational influence performance
employee. Individual characteristics that cause differences in
employee performance is marital status, while gender, age and experience
work does not cause
difference in commitment
organizational.
