ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study
is to know the influence of dimensional dimensions such as deontological ideology
(moral responsibility and justice) and teleological (perceived and
perceived risk) to the entrepreneur's intention to conduct unethical behavior. Design
this research is a survey to test an ethical ethics model
understand the intention of the behavior of the pengusha to behave unethically empirically.
The sample used is the production and service entrepreneur in the Province
Lampung. To test the hypothesis of this study using multiple regression techniques
with the help of SPSS.
Research results show that all hypotheses are supported. Results
Regression analysis shows that moral accountability has an influence
negative and significant (β = -0.407; sig 0,000), justice has an effect
negative and significant (β = -0.2284; sig 0.002), the perceived benefits have
positive and significant influence (β = 0.440; sig 0,000), and risk
perceived to have negative and significant influence (β = -0,437; sig 0,000)
towards the intention to behave unethically by entrepreneurs.
