Artikel Jurnal Uji Kepekaan Griseofulvin, Ketokonasol, Itrakonasol, dan Terbinafin terhadap Spesies Dermatofit dengan Metode Mikrodilusi

ABSTRACT : Dermatophytosis is
infectious diseases that often arise in tropical countries such as Indonesia.
The prevalence of dermatophytosis in the general population is also high (20%). Mushrooms
dermatophytes are the causative agent of this disease, several species have been reported
resistant to some anti-fungal drugs. Objective: Know the species
dermatophytes that cause dermatophytosis and griseofulvin sensitivity,
ketoconazole, itraconasol and terbinafine against dermatophyte species. Method:
Dermatophytic isolates from patients meeting the inclusion criteria at URJ Health
Skin and Sex Dr. RSUD. Soetomo Surabaya in October to December
2014 was analyzed for sensitivity to four anti-fungal drugs
(griseofulvin, ketoconasol, itraconasol, and terbinafine) using the method
microdilution. Results: There were thirty patients who met the criteria
inclusion, with T. mentagrophytes var. interdigitale as a causative species
the most. Based on KHM80, all isolates were resistant to the drug
The anti-fungus is examined, except T. rubrum is still sensitive to ketoconazole
and itraconasol. Conclusions: Based on KHM80 obtained 16.7% isolate sensitive
against griseofulvin, 23.3% against ketoconazole, 16.7% against itraconasol
and 20% isolates to terbinafine.
