Abstract

This study aims to describe teachers in being inclusive and objective, discriminatory attitudes, politeness, effectiveness, empathy, and communication with students, peers, parents / guardians of students and the school environment at SMAN 2 Batusangkar. The type of research used was descriptive qualitative. The sampling technique was used Purposive Sampling. Informants are vice principals, teachers and students. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study: 1) Teachers are able to be inclusive and objective while accepting and paying attention to students who are naughty and concerned about the cleanliness of the surrounding environment, 2) Teachers do not act discriminatively but the teacher shows an unfair attitude towards students and the teacher and parents interaction rarely , 3) The teacher has communicated with colleagues in a polite, empathetic, and effective manner, 4) The teacher communicates with colleagues, the scientific profession and other scientific communities actively in various school activities and teacher professional organizations such as the MGMP.
